AlertLink is a dispatch-awareness platform for public-safety agencies. It is a closed system: accounts are provisioned by participating agencies for their personnel, and there is no public signup. This policy describes what information we handle and how.
Account information. Your name, email address, and optionally a phone number and profile photo, provided when your agency creates your account or when you edit your profile. Your email is used to sign in (one-time codes) and to associate you with your agency.
Device and notification data. If you enable notifications, we store a push token for your device (Apple Push Notification service on iOS, Web Push in browsers) along with a device identifier and browser/device type, used solely to deliver the alerts you have chosen to receive.
Session and security data. Standard sign-in records (session tokens, approximate sign-in time, IP-derived metadata) used to keep your account secure and to let administrators review active sessions.
The incidents, radio transmissions, and related records shown in AlertLink are operational public-safety data derived from radio traffic. This content is about emergency incidents, not about app users, and is retained and controlled on behalf of the subscribing agencies.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use advertising or cross-app tracking of any kind. We do not collect your device's location.
AlertLink runs on Cloudflare infrastructure (hosting, storage, and content delivery) and uses Apple Push Notification service to deliver iOS notifications. These providers process data only as needed to operate the service.
Account information is retained while your account is active. When your agency removes your account, associated personal information (profile, push registrations, sessions) is deleted. To request removal, contact your agency administrator or reach us directly.
AlertLink is a professional tool for agency personnel and is not directed to children under 13.
If this policy changes materially, we will update this page and note the new effective date above.
